Right from the usual Office applications such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to the rather more obscure or elite applications such as Voyager Software and Adobe Photoshop.

Finally, quite apart from the initial set up and support of the actual hardware of your PC, we are also able to support you through any questions or solve any problems you might have concerning the Internet, Email or those pesky viruses we all pick up from time to time!

Network Support

Nowadays any IT used for business purposes is not reaching its optimum potential without the installation of a solution to network all your PCs together, creating one seamless tool which can be accessed throughout your work space. We are able to install such a network using your existing PCs if required, either with or without wires.

The advantage of having a wireless network solution is that computers can be moved around anywhere within the reach of the signal and still be a part of the network. This means portable computers and laptops can be included.

The switch is what makes a network possible. It takes the information from the server and literally passes it out to any requesting computer. This means something saved on one PC can, if desired, be accessed by other PCs in the network. For example, if a new member joins your team we are easily able to add an access point for them and their new computer, which will work within the network identically to all the other workstations. Server Support

The server is essentially the brain of your entire IT operation, exceptional working of such a tool is fundamental to your network and indeed business’ success. As with all our levels of support we are here to ensure its potential is not wasted. By utilising the World Wide Web, we are able to access your server remotely as well as on-site to provide quicker response times to your requests.

All of our support packages come with Remote Assistance and IT Helpdesk support as standard. This allows your staff, upon discovering a fault or experiencing any IT problems, to lift the phone or write an email to our support team for immediate resolution. It is like having your own IT department.

Remote Assistance technology allows us to instantly take control of a workstation and either guide the user through their problem or for more technical issues operate the machine as though we were sitting at the user's desk, in real-time.

Additionally, you can top-up your package with guaranteed engineer on-site days. Available in bundles of 6, 12 and greater these addons are a perfect opportunity to analyse and replace recommended parts of your network infrastructure.
